Our mission is to improve and inspire the health and wellness of our community through massage therapy and education.
A Better Way Massage was established in 2014 by Crystal Farlow, LMT, Owner. It was a creation of the desire to offer more to Columbia County and beyond.
Since its foundation, ABWM has formed working professional relationships with doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, physical therapists, and many more. Improving and inspiring our community to health and wellness takes a village. We work closely with healthcare practitioners to treat clients as holistically as possible.
Cancellation, No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours or fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be incurred, regardless of appointment type or length. You will be responsible for payment of the fee prior to any future appointments. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
